I’m Nadya Beaudoin, and I’m super excited to be a part of your health & fitness journey!
As a mom of two precious little ones, I understand the challenges that mothers can face trying to raise a family, while also tending to your career and other home responsibilities.
I understand that as moms, not only do we put ourselves on the back burner while taking care of everyone else, but we also self sabotage our life goals and efforts with negative self talk, underlying mom guilt and a belief centered around not being good enough.
I am here today and am hopeful that through my own health & fitness experiences as a mom along with my 25+ years of expertise in fitness that I can help you during your own journey, no matter where you are at this time.
